- I am an independent artist classically trained and creating representational and impressionist fine art work in oil, acrylic, watercolor and colored pencil. Activities
Besides being an artist I also manage a research center on sustainable development at Rice University. The Shell Center for Sustainability supports Rice faculty-led teams that research the science, technology and human impact of sustainability. We share information through conferences, panels, seminars, talks, and our Website: http://shellcenter.rice.edu
In November 2008, I opened a studio near the Galleria where I exhibit my work and hold personal and invitational exhibitions that feature great artists. Some events are focused on teaching about art by allowing the artists to speak about their work. You can learn more at: www.lilibethandre.com
I enjoy cooking, gardening, photography, traveling, learning new languages enough to get me to food and bathroom, and I also like leg-sports: biking, skiing, hiking, skating, walking, dancing...

The book I am co-authoring is GIRLGRIEND'S SECRETS TO SUCCESS
I am known as the "Queen of Networking" in Houston. I love to teach business to business networking and go to networking events. Right now I live in Montgomery, north of Houston, so I don't do as much networking any more. I am co-authoring a book,
